Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the last item in the order.

How to withdraw: inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email or post) sent to the address in our imprint. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including basic delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, nor to sealed food items unsealed after delivery for reasons of health or hygiene.
