Returns and exchanges

In addition to the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal:

Accepted: sealed goods that have not been unsealed, in their original condition and packaging.

Not accepted: opened or used food items and perishable goods — for reasons of hygiene, not administration.

First step: contact us with your order number and the reason, and we will send return instructions.

Refunds: issued within fourteen days of the goods reaching us, using the same means of payment.

Wrong or faulty item: return postage is on us, not on you.
